• Swedish full body massage ( 1 hour)..............................................£35.00                                               Swedish massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage.  As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
• Back, neck and shoulder (30 mins)................................................£20.00                                                  Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage is the most popular massage as it is a deeply relaxing massage focusing on built up stress and muscle tension in all areas around the neck, shoulders and across the back. This massage encourages relaxation, relieves stress, improves circulation and posture, relaxes muscles and improves flexibility, relieves tension headaches, strengthens immune system and can help to decrease feelings of depression.
• Deep Tissue (1 hour full body 30 mins Back, neck and shoulder)........                                                                         Deep tissue massages is a more "tame" version of a sports massage and has great benefits such as breaking up scar tissue and muscle adhesions (which are knots caused by everyday work and posture)  
• Indian Head Massage (20 minutes) ............................................£15                                                                                  Indian head massage is a treatment that focuses of massaging acupressure points along the head, neck and shoulders. Indian head massage has so many benefits such as: Aiding in the releif of migraines, promoting hair growth, stimulating lymphatic drainage, releves symptoms of anxiety and depression, renewes energy levels and boosts memory capabilities

Sessions include five minutes for check in & initial consultation as well as time to undress. For example, a 60-minute custom massage session will consist of five minutes for initial consultation and undressing, 50-minutes of a hands-on custom massage and five minutes for redressing and recommendations.
