Hot stone massage (full body - 1 hour)...........................................£35.00 (back, neck & shoulder - 30 mins)...............£20.00 Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. Each session promotes deeper muscle relaxation through te placement of smooth, water heated stones at key points on the body. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blod flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Sessions include five minutes for check in & initial consultation as well as time to undress. For example, a 60-minute custom massage session will consist of five minutes for initial consultation and undressing, 50-minutes of a hands-on custom massage and five minutes for redressing and recommendations.
